The Winds is the fifth episode of Season Three of Southland.
Summary
The Santa Ana winds keep everyone on edge as Lydia Adams and Josie Ochoa clash while investigating a complicated rape case involving a rich married couple on the Westside. Meanwhile John Cooper bonds with a child abandoned by his parents while preparing to testify at his father's parole hearing.
