Josie Ochoa was a homicide investigator.
Season 3[]
Josie was veteran detective Lydia Adams' partner throughout the season. They have conflicting attitudes and opinions about the job at first but eventually they get along and are able to establish a friendly working relationship.
Towards the end of the season, Adams starts dating Josie's son who is a 28 year old patrolman of the LAPD. She does not tell Josie about it; nevertheless Josie finds out about the relationship when Adams left her phone in the squad car as the phone rang and Josie picks up the call to her own son saying "hey baby". She then becomes very upset and calls Adams a "child molester".
